FAQ
You earn points by completing tasks. Once you hit a minimum point threshold, you’re eligible for prize drawings. Some point totals may earn bonus entries. Winners are selected by drawing.
A phone with a browser, comfortable shoes, and a good attitude. Some tasks may ask for a photo.
Don’t panic. Sometimes a payment can’t be automatically matched to an account (usually an email mismatch). Email us at info@still-mill.com and include the email you used at signup and any Square Order ID / Transaction ID.
You can absolutely play together for fun. For prizes and eligibility, we track progress per account. If you want everyone eligible for drawings, each person should register.
Some tasks are auto-graded and some are reviewed. If something looks off, it may be marked for review. If you think a submission was misunderstood, contact us and we’ll take a look.
We understand that plans change. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event begins.
Within 24 hours of the event start time, registrations become non-refundable so we can finalize prizes, materials, and event logistics.
